Cookie Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. This page explains what we use them for on this site.

1. Essential cookies

Some cookies are required for the site to function correctly — for example, remembering your progress through the booking form as you move between steps. These cannot be switched off, as the site would not work properly without them.

2. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors use this site and to monitor page performance. These tools are designed to be privacy-friendly: they do not use cookies to track you individually, and the data they collect is aggregated and anonymised.

3. Tag management, measurement and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to load the measurement and advertising tools listed below. Tag Manager itself does not set cookies or collect personal data. It is a container that decides which other tools run on a page.

The tools it loads may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser. These are used to measure how our advertising performs, to understand which pages lead to a booking enquiry, and to report on that activity in aggregate. This includes recognising that a visitor who submitted the booking form arrived from one of our adverts.

This activity is not required for the site to work, and none of it starts until you agree to it. These tools stay switched off unless you accept them on the banner shown when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time using the button at the bottom of this page.

4. Maps and address lookup

When you use the interactive map or address autocomplete to enter a pickup or drop-off location, our mapping provider may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser to display the map and suggest addresses. This only happens when you interact with those features.

5. Managing cookies

When you first visit the site we ask which cookies you are happy for us to use. Measurement and advertising cookies are switched off until you agree to them, so ignoring the banner leaves them off.

You can change that choice at any time using the button at the bottom of this page. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site, such as the booking form, from working correctly. Blocking measurement or advertising cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or make a booking enquiry.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the cookies and tools we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
