Prices shown on this website — including on location, route, and pricing pages — are estimates only. Your final price is confirmed once we have your exact pickup and drop-off details, travel dates and times, passenger numbers, and any special requirements.

Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change if journey details, dates, or vehicle availability change before booking is confirmed.

A booking is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation (by email or otherwise) of the journey details and price. Requesting a quote does not guarantee vehicle availability until confirmed.

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any charges for late cancellation, will be set out in your booking confirmation and may vary depending on the notice given and the type of journey booked.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, and passenger information, and for ensuring your group behaves reasonably and safely while travelling. We reserve the right to refuse travel or end a journey early where passenger conduct puts the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers at risk.

We will provide a roadworthy vehicle and a licensed, professional driver for your confirmed journey. If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a suitable alternative vehicle of equivalent or higher specification where possible, or offer a full refund.

We carry appropriate insurance for passenger transport. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, or events at your destination. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
